COVID-19 Update: Thank you to Friends and Family

March 15, 2020

Palm Garden header

Dear Guests, Residents, Family, and Friends,

We want to thank you for your partnership in protecting those entrusted to our care from exposure to Coronavirus (COVID-19).  We took the protective measure to restrict all visitation very seriously.  As you’ve probably seen, CMS Secretary Seema Verna followed our lead.  Our visitor restriction remains in place.

Your response has been overwhelmingly positive.  You understand we have the best interest of our residents, guests and team members as our top priority.  We are grateful.

We have no known cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) and continue to take every precaution possible to prevent it from entering our nursing and rehabilitation centers.

It is important to stay in touch.  Please call your Palm Garden Center for any needs or to communicate with your loved one.  Call volume is understandably high.  You may call our service: (888) 967-6508.  We will return your call and arrange communication.

Once again, thank you for your partnership in protecting those we serve.

Kind regards,

Rob Greene
